Data Collection of Residential Properties (15 hrs)
This course will cover the basic collection of residential properties and improvements. Training on attributes, measurements, field etiquette, field safety, and other basic tips for collecting data for use of mass appraisal in CAMA systems. Instruction will include classroom, field, and computer lab training covering all three approaches to value.
