Free EventFlexible Thinking: ACT Skills Group
Learn and apply psychological flexibility in your everyday life through acceptance, mindfulness, and values, among other skills. This group will discuss how to practically use strategies of psychological flexibility to help become "unstuck".
The group is free to attend and is open to adults in the state of Oklahoma. This is a six-series group offered once per semester and will meet virtually.
The Flexible Thinking Group meets on Wednesdays at 5:00pm.
