Opening of OSU's Heritage Garden (Green Student Initiative Grant Project awarded to the OSU Native American Student Association and the OSU Environmental Science Club, in partnership with OSU Landscape Services).

This garden is meant to be a place for the OSU and Stillwater communities to come together and learn about the ethnobotanical traditions of indigenous peoples and the importance of sustainability. The garden installation will represent a medicine wheel, which is sacred to many Native American tribal nations. The depiction in this garden is meant to illustrate medicine wheels in general, rather than represent the medicine wheel of a specific tribe.
