Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center is pleased to offer the Preventive Controls for Human Food- Qualified Individual Training Version 2.0, a comprehensive, instructor-led course recognized by the FDA and FSPCA. This in-person course fulfills the training requirements for individuals responsible for developing, implementing, or overseeing a company's food safety plan under the FDA's Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).
