About this Event
View mapThe OSU Museum of Art invites you to explore “Rambling and Meandering,” an exhibition opening April 28. As the United States approaches the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, this show offers a moment to reflect on ideas of freedom, movement and self‑determination.
Through photographs, prints and paintings from the museum’s permanent collection, “Rambling and Meandering” considers the many ways we travel through the world, both literal and symbolic, and how those journeys shape our sense of place and identity. These works invite wonder and rest, while also asking viewers to consider journeys beyond national borders and to see wandering — pausing, noticing, reflecting — as a shared human experience.
