Agricultural Land Valuation (10 hours) This unit covers the methodology prescribed by statue on the valuation of agricultural land for Ad Valorem tax purposes in Oklahoma. Emphasis is placed on data collection, sources, screening and confirmation. Valuation using a weighted combination of sales and capitalization rentals is discussed and applied in a comprehensive case study. This course consists of seven hours of classroom instruction and a three hour exam.
