Let’s get moving and explore campus wellness! Our next Employee Wellness Walks with Wellness event will take us on a guided tour of campus highlighting where key mental health resources for students and staff are located. Along the way, we’ll explore important spaces, learn helpful information about available support services, and enjoy a refreshing midday break together. The walk will conclude at the President’s Office, where we’ll hear from the First Cowgirl and learn more about the Cowboys Care Initiative.

Participants should wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes.
