View mapWe're excited to invite you to Yoga at the Museum, happening every Tuesday in July. These weekly sessions offer a perfect blend of art, mindfulness, and movement in a peaceful gallery setting. Led by Carol Bender, Ph.D., e-RYT 500.
Admission is free; you will just need to bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and a willingness to relax.
Each session welcomes all levels, from first-timers to expert practitioners, adults only. Spots are limited, so we encourage you to arrive early for the sessions. Doors open at 5:15 PM.
